From £75.00 per room. Single occupancy from £50.00.  Ask about our 3+ nights rate (not available if booking online - please call us).

Full English or light breakfast is included within our room rates. Please see typical menu. Please advise us in advance of any special dietary requirements and we will endeavour to accommodate your individual needs.

Please note that rates may differ during major local events such as the F1 Grand Prix, Moto GP and World Superbike meetings at Silverstone and the Fairport Festival at Cropredy. Minimum stay requirements may also apply.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Deposit

For online bookings, payment is taken in full at the time of booking. For other bookings, we do not take a deposit as such. All reservations should be supported by a credit or debit card valid for the period of your stay. The only exceptions being Silverstone F1 Grand Prix week and Moto GP week when, additionally, a £50 per room deposit (non-refundable) is required.

Your card payment will be authorised at the time of booking. Other than in the event of cancellation, your card will not be charged until after your arrival, except by prior arrangement. Upon arrival, you can choose to pay by cash if you do not wish to pay with debit/credit card.

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Credit/Debit card - We accept:  MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Paypal Express Checkout and Maestro/Solo

• Cash
• Cheque – We regret that, following withdrawal of the cheque guarantee service by all banks from 30^th June 2011, we will only be able to accept cheque payment for advance clearance after this date.

Cancellations

For cancellation made within 48 hours of planned arrival, the full cost of the booking will be payable unless we are able to re-let your room(s).

For cancellation up to 48 hours before planned arrival, a charge of £30.00 per room, per night will be applied.

Non arrivals will be charged at the full rate of your original reservation.

When booking online, please be aware that in addition to the above, if cancelling more than 48 hours in advance, a deduction to cover commissions and card charges will apply.

For early departure e.g. book three nights, leave after two, the full rate for your booking will apply. We appreciate that, very occasionally, there may be extenuating circumstances which we will gladly discuss with you.

Following such problems as volcanic ash and winter snow storms, we highly recommend that visitors take out cancellation insurance

For cancellation more than 6 months in advance, the first night of your reservation(s) is payable in full. For cancellation within 6 months, the full charge for all reservations is payable.

Refunds

Should a refund be necessary, for whatever reason, where payment has been made by credit/debit card, refund will be made within 24 hours to the account originally charged. Where payment is by cash/cheque, refund will be returned by cheque payment within seven days.

Booking-in

Normal booking-in time is 1600hrs (4.00pm) onwards. Please ask if you require an earlier booking-in time and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

If your anticipated arrival time is after 20.00 hrs (8.00pm) please let us know.

Check-out     

We would appreciate your checking-out by 10.30 am on the day of departure. However, please speak with us if this proves inconvenient and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
